Condolence: We are so sorry to hear about your loss of such a great woman. Fran was the greatest employer I have ever had! My 5 years with Fron-Tronics taught me so many great skills and lessons that help me every day in my Engineering Career.

Ron, Fran, and Phil offered me such a great opportunity as I travelled through College.

Fran was always such a positive person who kept this college kid on track. I am so deeply saddened and will miss the great conversations we shared over the years, many over the last 13 years since I worked at the Shack.

Fran always treated us like Family.

Condolence: To Ron, Scott, Phil, and Stephanie,

So sorry to hear of Fran's passing. It seems only yesterday that I had my first "real" job at RadioShack. My years there were so important in establishing my professional identity, something I have taken with me to every role I've held since. It wasn't just a job, the Jones' ran their business like a family. I'm forever grateful to my adoptive 'mom and dad' that I had in Fran and Ron. I'll miss her and mourn her passing along with you.

Condolence: My sympathies to the Jones family. My prayers are with your family. I knew Frances as Scott’s mom and for the brief moments I had the honor of meeting her, I knew what a warm and kind mother she was. Every Christmas or Thanksgiving she would always send Scott back with her amazing fudge and she would always make a batch for me. Even though Scott would say the fudge wasn’t for me I knew they were because my name was on the container! Scott’s mom would also attach a card with the fudge saying kind words and wishing me and my family well. Such warmth and kindness reminded me of my mom. This meant a lot to me and I was very saddened when I heard of her passing from Scott. I know she will be missed dearly by her family. I pray your family stays strong in this time and time heals the pain.
